But when you’re constantly running on empty, it affects everything – your health, your mood, your relationships and your ability to enjoy your life. My work is rooted in whole-body health – understanding how your mind, body, habits and environment work together so we can create lasting change, not quick fixes.

My approach is grounded, simple and realistic. No extremes. No pressure. No perfectionism.
