The Healthier is a grounded, simple, no-fuss approach to health and wellbeing - created for women and mums who do everything for everyone else before themselves.

Designed to help you find calm, clarity and confidence before burnout, our work focuses on sustainable, easy, whole-person health that fits into everyday life.

Rooted in Nutrition, lifestyle and mindset, we'll reduce stress, restore energy and help you get your head above water again - without the overwhelm, guilt, or perfectionism.

The Healthier was born from personal and professional experiences – juggling a fast-paced career in the fashion industry, becoming a mum and managing constant pressure
Over time, the overwhelm led to chronic stress, anxiety, health anxiety and eventually burnout. My symptoms showed up as panic attacks, migraines, gut issues, weight gain, miscarriages and feeling completely disconnected from myself.

Despite several consultations and tests, I was repeatedly told nothing was physically wrong. It was frustrating – and eventually, it pushed me into curiosity. I knew I couldn’t keep living the way I was.

So I sought support from naturopathic practitioners, started educating myself on natural approaches to health, and slowly began adding simple, practical daily habits into my routine. Over time, I saw dramatic, positive changes in every part of my life – including giving birth to my two daughters.

Learning how to manage stress, balance hormones and understand my body became the catalyst for healing. Now, my mission is to give you time just for you –  and help you move towards feeling healthier too.
